We are talking about is property investment still a good idea and it's interesting now because we've been doing the property podcast for it might actually be three years now and over that time we sort of seen the kind of the tone change quite a lot when we started it's amazing really it's only a few years ago

but if we was pretty negative about property then suddenly everything changed and all the papers were full of all the kind of boom time stuff and now in the kind of conversations that I've been having when I've been kind of out of meetups and so on and the emails I've been having when I've been kind of out meetups and so on and the emails I've been

getting things seem to be changing a little bit. People are questioning whether property

investment is still a good idea so that is what we're going to be talking about today.

It is amazing that you're right Rob. I hadn't thought about it that way but three years although it feels like a long time of podcasting

Impropt it's such a small time frame and you're right I completely

forgot but when we started we were trying to convince people three years ago

that the property is good and then everyone went while for it and now everyone's

like is it so bizarre?

It's bizarre how things can change so quickly.

And that's why we talk about the bigger cycles

and everything else and the big picture.

But I'm sure we'll get into that in the bit.
