Hello good evening Robin Rob.

My name is TT and I am new to the property scene.

I just wanted to find out how I've been reading up a lot and trying to educate myself about getting involved in investing in property

and I just wanted to find out how I can do this because I don't have any lumps from to start with and I've read that you can start using other people's money.

Unfortunately I don't think I've got anyone who would release equity on my behalf.

I just wanted to find out if you have any advice on how I could get started, how I could get stuck in.
