media. I just wanted to get your thoughts around one bedroom flats. It's seen a lot of

life stories stay away from one bed flats and one bed studios. I'm curious to hear your

takes on it and the advantages and disadvantages usually deal with two bed terraces to up to down in

southeast London inside the M25 and just wanted to see what your thoughts are also

about the leadability of one bed flats and generally who the

tenant demographic for those seem to be. I've seen a one bed on paper that stacks up so I'm just
