Hello and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode 81. I'm Rob B. As always with me is Rob D. We've got a sensationalist headline of a podcast for you this week Rob how are you? Yeah I'm very well totally ready to lift the lid on the

world of joint ventures which is we're not really doing at all, it's not that dramatic, but this

week's topic is the truth about joint ventures, something you hear a lot about, but we're going to get into the facts of.

We've also got a resource for the week that I'm really

excited about, because I just discovered it yesterday. And news of what,

under the new podcast? Yeah, we obviously like podcasts. So let's talk about that wrong because we've been really excited and we've been working a long time

I put it together. The great thing is the way we systemised things wanted to done it easy for us but

launching a podcast does take a bit of

effort but we're super excited that we've got our first episodes out now of

property investment tips yes if you miss the show last week this is where we

announced our brand new podcast. It's a really quick listen. We've

billed it as a property tip in under 15 minutes every week. In fact the first
