Good and very topical today, but not so topical while the time this goes out, but we've

woken up to the news that Scotland is part of the UK still.

Wuh! Yeah, it is.

So we did an episode a couple of weeks back on the Scottish property market and we talked about

the impacts of Scotland going independence or Scotland remaining part of the UK.

Although over the next few weeks it may seem like a little bit of drama

as Scotland try and bring more powers to their parliament which I think will inevitably happen just to what

degree still to be seen but overall I think the economy now is pretty safe. We

understand where we're at going forward that uncertainty has been removed. I
