cheers. Well, we are talking accidental landlords today and this is another one that

was suggested to us at our meetup a couple of weeks back. Someone spoke to us who said that we'd never covered

anything other than intentional property investing. So we're going to be putting that

right today and we've also got a new story and a resource and reviews and all

sorts as ever. It's going to be another packed show.

It is and of course we've given it an awful title help I'm an accidental landlord

get me out of here. No celebrities exiting the jungle, just good knowledge and

advice hopefully. This week, what have we done, Rob? What haven't we done? It's been a busy, busy week.

We've worked pretty hard on Yellow over the last week,

as we do every week, but we seem to really focus on our systems

and everything that's going on over there.

It's all very exciting, but we rather than bore you with the ins and outs of our

daily grind, why don't we give more stuff away free?
