Hello and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode 78. I'm Rob B with me as always is Rob D. Hey Rob, how's it going? It's going well. Thank you very well in fact lovely sunny day here in London as you would know as you are practically in London yourself

But today we're going to be talking about whether the skies are blue investment wise, bad segue in Scotland

because when this is broadcast we are just a week away from the independence vote in Scotland

which feels like it's been forever in coming but it's

finally here. So we thought it would be a good time to talk about whether investing Scotland is a good idea, what the differences are from England and so on. So that's going to be really interesting. We've also got a European

flavored news story and a really useful resource of the week for you. We have indeed, but remember last week we made a big announcement and we're giving away stuff, Rob.
