Okay Rob, so our new story this week is from the Telegraph and it flags up the last of a dying dying breed the only area of England and Wales

where you can still get a house on average for less than a hundred thousand there is

there's one left and this place is going fast well I'm not sure about that bit

but there is only one area left in the whole of England and Wales

that you can get an average property for below 100,000 pounds.

97,147 to be precise.
