That's going to start with a long intro because there are so many things going on.

First, I'm going to talk about my least favorite topic, myself.

I posted an update of my body transformation on the internet for New Year's and I got an overwhelming response of comments and emails asking what I did to lose 40 pounds.

And I'll tell you, if you want to get in shape, there are a million people who can give

you better advice than me.

But here's what I did.

I rode a bike for two hours a day for a year, and I cut out dairy.

That's it.

The bike riding was just bat-shit crazy, but it seemed like the easiest way to burn four times the calories that my aura ring was telling me to burn every day.

And if you don't have an aura ring and you're into wearable technology, it's a game-changing device.

Once I hit my weight goal, I cut my bike riding down to an hour a day.

The cutting dairy part, well, that really sucked because

dairy is my favorite food group in the world and now it's gone. But my stomach feels so much better
