Summary

Growing up in Park City, Todd Ligare’s life was based around ski racing and making the US Ski Team. As a teenager, he started traveling the world and after a decade of racing and travel, Todd got slower and while he still earned a scholarship to ski race in college, his race dream had now turned into the Tangerine Dream, he wanted to ski for the biggest cameras of all over at TGR. 0:40.3	And while I love the things I just mentioned, what makes Hawaii worth the hassle is the ocean.
0:45.4	I spent so much time in the water. I jumped off Black Rock, we surfed one day, and I snorkeled a ton.

0:55.2	but they were pretty cool. I scared myself once by going out so far that I wasn't sure I would
0:59.7	make it in, but I did, which is why I'm talking to you now. But the coolest thing I saw in
1:04.5	Hawaii were the turtles. When I first got to the beach, I asked a few kids who had just come out of the water if they saw anything in the water. And they said, yeah, they saw some fish. And then about an hour later,
1:15.2	I see the same 15-year-old kids and they come up to me all excited and they were like, hey, mister,
1:20.0	we just saw a turtle and we grabbed onto it and we rode it. And it was so cool. I'm like, shut your mouths right now, boys. That shit is highly illegal.
1:28.2	And I can see the worry in their faces. And I'm like, just don't talk about it. Kind of like
1:32.8	fight club. And they looked at me like, we know we did something wrong, but what's this fight
1:37.0	club stuff? And I'm like, don't worry about it. I'm not telling anybody, just don't do that again. I also told them that I thought it was like a
1:44.3	$10,000 fine for riding the turtles, which in reality, I'm not sure if I made that up or whatever.
1:50.1	I don't think they touched any more turtles, and I didn't touch any either, but I saw like four
