Oh, man. So if you're unfamiliar with this, we've talked to Pablo Lopez and Aaron Savali before and Jameson Tyone.

I've been following you for ages through the Pirates. I've got my James and Ty

owned shirt from 2019 on today because I'm just stoked to talk about your your transitions over

the years. You've obviously dealt with injuries and you've had to kind of relearn your mechanics

at times and you had your year with the Cubs and there are things even from that that you've

wanted to change and manipulate.

And I'm really excited to see what you do in 2024.

And of course, we're going to watch this entire game in September against the Diamondbacks,

and you're going to break that down with us.

But before we do all of that, I just wanted you to get an opportunity to talk about what you throw

and what your approach is in general

when you're on the mound. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you hit it. You know, I've had two elbow

surgeries. So after 2019, I kind of just, it had been something I wanted to do, was changing

my delivery and my mechanics a little bit just to take stress off my arm.

And when I got that second Tommy John surgery, I was kind of like, that's a sign right there.

If I don't clean something up here mechanically, you know, I had really good stuff back then,

and I was getting great results, but it's like I'd rather be able to take the ball and be out there.

And, you know, so I went back to the drawing board, worked with the Florida

baseball ranch, got a ton of cool pliode drills, started throwing weighted balls, connection
