Hello everyone and welcome to police off the cuff, real crime stories. I'm your host

retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD. You know, we've been covering

this case and, you know, it's become known as the Kansas City case,

but I'd like to use the victim's names. The death of Clayton McGeeney, Ricky Johnson, and David Harrington.

And they've become known basically as the Kansas City three,

Kansas City fans, Kansas City Chief fans.

And I'd like to call them by their names because they did have names and they do have

names.

So as you can see, the thumbnail on the screen,

toxicology report is back on the chiefs fans that the gentleman,

I just read their names of

Clayton McGee Ricky Johnson and David Harrington and they found fentany

cocaine and THC present in their in their blood now this is a little bit unusual because usually the toxicology report

takes six to eight weeks to come back. However, they had this back quicker and they didn't

publicize it to the press. They gave it to the family who in turn leaked it to the

press.

So what this gives us, though, is all kinds of now conjecture on this case.

And don't forget, we brought up, there are five manners of death, right?

Homicide, suicide, accidental, natural, and undetermined.

And right now, this is an undetermined death investigation, but, well, undetermined in the way that was it accidental?

Well, no, I don't think anyone takes drugs accidental,

even though no one meant to overdose on these drugs.
