Hello, hello. Todd's out on Venice, taking care of business this week.

So we are super excited to do this together.

It's a Sunday afternoon.

Karin and I just got done with church, and my suit smells like hot dogs, as it typically does, because I sweat a lot.

Run about, run.

I'll walk about, what, six, seven miles between the hours of seven and noon on a Sunday, typically.

And when you get, when you do that much in a wool suit, eventually just smells like when you boil the hot dog, the water that's left, that's left inside.

So we're excited.

We're fueled with hot dog fuel. All those hot dog juices

running through my body. And I'm excited because today's story involves probably two,

maybe the biggest villains in the scripture screen, King Ahab and his wife, Queen Jezebel.

Jezebel. Jezebel.

It just sounds wrong, saying it, doesn't it?

Well, our story today comes from First Kings chapter 21.

Scene one opens on King Ahab, King of Israel, and his secondary palace.

You know, when you get bored of the first one, you go to the second one.

It's our summer home.

He's just hanging out, working his Nordic track.

When he starts Jones and Ford Garden, if I only had a garden, I'd be happy.

So he wants to get his fingers dirty.

Corinne, he wants to wear one of the sweet old man straw hats, and he wants to plan him some biddles.
