I posted a poll on my Instagram account over the weekend and asked people to send in suggestions

for what my next episode should be about.

And I was surprised with how many people were

interested in how I deal with toxic people. A lot of people reached out to me and

said that they had either a toxic co-worker or even family members and thinking about it now I guess with my seven-plus years on

reality TV I have come across people that are not easy to be around.

Fortunately I don't have to deal with any toxic family

members in my life but I hope the experience that I can share about having to live

with coworkers while filming can somehow translate into helping you.

As always, I'm not a therapist or professional,

and all of my advice stems from my personal experiences,

as well as advice that I've researched on my own

or have been guided by with my life coaches, but still I believe

this episode will be impactful for anybody who wants to listen.

So how do you deal with toxic people?
