Before I tell you how, I deal with anxiety, I want you to know why it shows this topic.

me from the challenge, then you know how stressful it seems.

You're not on the show, so I can tell you it's 100 times more stressful if you were on

the show, and you'd be experiencing that much more anxiety.

But I know, from being a viewer of other shows, that you can also experience anxiety from

just watching it.

This is a stressful show.

And this week's episode, I'm trying to make a big decision on if I'm going to throw

myself into an elimination to get a red skull or not.

I want you to know how many factors are going through my head when I'm trying to make

such a big decision like this.

Being on the challenge, usually you do not have to go into an elimination, but this season
