Welcome back to the Lantern Rouge Cycling Podcast. This must be the 31st podcast in a row. I

don't know. Maybe we didn't do a rest day one, but it's been a long grind. The Tour de France

farmer, Vex Whift, has finished. Stage 8 is in the books on a really, really good first edition,

and this was a 124Ks finishing on La Superplosh to Belphi. We had the hard amount stage yesterday,

smaller gaps today, most likely, other 2 big climbs were Balond del Sass, 9Ks 7% Cat 1,

so some good points on offer, and then Descent. Pretty long flat valley, actually, before La Superplosh,

which means the gravel bit at the end. 7Ks 8.6%, but a word on our show partners with the

racing concluded today, but the finish line is just the beginning for these riders, and for the

Tour de France farm, Vex Whift, a fantastic first edition, almost. Yeah, so smooth. Went off without

a hitch, as well as supporting LRCPs. We have to supporting the Tour de France farm for another
