One of those snooze fests once again and there was some napping done

But boy oh boy did it heat up in the last 10 kilometers. We will get there. There is an intermediate sprint

We've also got Tereo Adriatico stage 3

analysis quite a detailed analysis and going through the teams and the G.C. contenders

as well in the latter half of this podcast and also a bit of transfer news at the end.

But Benji, stage 11 of this year's tour, what was the profile looking like, where was the

intermediate sprint and did anything interesting happen during the stage before the finale?

Today stage was a relatively flat one. It was also classified as a flat one starting at

satellite oplage to Poitier. 170 kilometers it has 1K1.1

and 1 intermediate sprint as always.

The K1 point is halfway to race in a bit of a portion with quite a few hills.

It's not the largest climb, the court is Chervieu, a mere 1.1 kilometers at 4.4%, meaning it's not exactly worth it for the

bulk of the hunters to venture into the breakaway.

17 kilometers after the KOM, we've got the actual intermediate sprint that comes just after a slight

uphill section that is around 60 kilometers from the line.

When it comes to the finish they have this small, small hill just before the line, and it actually did influence the race.

It's not a large climb, it's 0.7 kilometers, so 700 meters of climbing at 4.1%, but it sure as hell did spice enough the last two kilometers.
