Today we continue on the topic of physical well-being, which is one of my main buckets of total

well-being. We have spoken about meditation, and we have built a foundation in understanding what might make us biologically unhealthy.

We dig into our own healthy or perhaps unhealthy behavior.

Besides nutrition, getting your body into a healthy routine or rhythm in sleep and exercise is key. One way to remain healthy at all times is to understand that your body is part of the symphony of the universe.

The universe is so-called because it is one song universe one song one harmony our biological rhythms are part of the

universal harmony or cosmic rhythms.

So as the Earth spins on its axis,

we have circadian rhythms, the cycle of night and day.

As the Earth goes around the sun we have seasonal rhythms,

especially in temporal zones when people get depressed sometimes in winter and fall in love in spring or move to Florida,

that's because seasonal rhythms affect us.

But even the cycles of the moon affect us because the cycles of the moon and their relationship to the sun and the earth causes a shift in the harmony that is playing itself out in our biology.

And finally there are tidal rhythms as the ocean waves rise and fall with the effects of gravity. We have an ocean inside our body which is

similar to the ocean outside our body and it responds to the tides. 70% of our body is water.

So you might think this is all very complicated,
