Welcome back to Crying in my Car, a podcast for teachers! Join our hosts Devin Siebold and James Yon as we explore what solar eclipses have to do with the controversial teacher union challenges sweeping Florida.

Hold onto your seat (and your calculators) as we shine a light on the latest astronomical event that's captivating classrooms. Maybe a little too much….

Let’s reminisce on the good old days where technology surprised us less, we take a moment to appreciate the forgotten awe of the calculator. From spelling words upside-down to hiding the test answers behind its cover. We bring it all the way back.

Did you know that NASA has reached out to local teachers? They’re not recruiting but asking them to incorporate more of the solar eclipse into the classroom. Don’t stare right into the unpaid overtime.

So don’t drop your calculator, grab your approved solar filter glasses - not the ones you grabbed from Wish - and tune in to this week’s episode of Crying in my Car, a podcast for teachers.
