0:41.0	So I am indeed an alcoholic.
0:43.6	My name is Ashley and I have a home group, I have a sobriety date.
0:48.3	Let me give you that first.
0:49.3	It's the 30th of December 2006.
0:51.9	I like to say I'm pretty fond of my sobriety date and I'm not planning on giving it up
0:55.8	anytime soon.
0:57.7	It is my only sobriety date, that does not make me good right and perfect.
1:01.0	It does mean that the 12 steps work and I have chosen with the grace and help of my higher
1:08.8	power and based on the decision I made in step three not to pick up a drink and I'm going
1:15.0	to keep it that way, my sobriety date is also my papal's birthday, he was an alcoholic
1:20.7	and I think that it's a little bit of a wink and a nod from him, you know, and I don't
1:24.8	want to throw that back in God's face.
1:27.6	So I'm going to hang on to my sobriety date with the help of this program and my higher
1:31.7	power.
