Our third panel, which will be Lynn M. from the Oakland Mills Group, Larry F. from the

12 Steps to Life Group and Dave N. from the Bowie Friday Night Speakers Group.

They'll be sharing their experience on Steps 8 and 9 which are made a list of all persons

we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all and made direct amends to such

people wherever possible except one to do so would injure them or others, so I'll turn

over to them.

So now call like my name is Dave and my sobriety date is October 9th of 2000 my home group

is the Bowie Friday Night Speakers Group and I believe thank the committee for having

me out to talk today.

I can stand closer to the mic much closer to the mic and you know do a time check here.

I got to arrived at Steps 8 and 9 by going through one through seven and although I will

say, and we'll talk about this some in living amends, I started making amends to my family

long before I wrote the 8th and 9th step list.

I didn't realize that at the time although someone did tell me that.

The A step list as it says in our big book came the majority of it came from my four step.

I won't say that all of it came from my four step.

I was not resentful of people that I had robbed.
