So for reference for any newcomers, my sobriety date is February 10, 2019 and step three

was a very, it was a very interesting experience for me.

I thought I was going to have a lot of resistance around my fourth step and I had a tremendous

amount of resistance come up when I got to through, you know, really briefly just

as a qualification, I started drinking when I was 14 or 15, I drank until I was 28,

I didn't grow up with alcoholic parents, but there was a lot of dysfunction, there was

a lot of separation, there was a lot of me not knowing how to share a place in the world

with people, I didn't know how to communicate, I didn't know how to be in relationships

with people, I didn't know anything about vulnerability or intimacy in relationships,

I didn't understand how to let people get to know who I was, I didn't know how to share

myself, I didn't know how to hold conversations, it was a lot of me attempting to be who

I thought the people around me needed me to be.

I was very much the chameleon where I would just adjust to the people that I was around,

I would adjust to the people that I was in front of, I had a very low tolerance for any

sort of big emotions and I never really learned like an emotional role of X, so when I started
