Summary

This is a call up meeting at the 3rd Annual Columbia River Young Peoples Roundup from September of 1978. The topic of the meeting is On Awakening and has a number of folks in the audience coming up and sharing on the topic. If you have any recordings of young peoples events you are willing to share please email me, I feel like this is one area my speaker resources are a bit weak. About once a year I get an email asking me why in the podcast opening do I say that this "Is a podcast for men". I just got another and thought I might try to put this to rest, I am NOT saying that, I am saying "In a podcast format". When I listen to it nothing about it sounds like Im saying "for men" rather than "format" but apparently some of you hear "for men" I assure you the word is format! the last couple days. Thursday and Friday I had to give presentations to junior high school students,

having to try and give them some information that maybe that would help them make a wise choice

when they decided whether they were going to drink or not. It was a challenge and it scared me

I can't do anything without God. That's one of the things that I have to do every morning when I

here I am, you know, help me again today just for today and then I kind of think about what I'm
