experienced grief sober, you know, and it's good to be able to do that. I can do that today

without trying to run away from it, without trying to change the way I feel. And I was thinking

about the last funeral that I went to. And just to rewind, like Mel said, my home group is the Sheffield Big Book Comes Alive group where we studied the big book, this beautiful text of us. My sobriety date is the 24th of the 18th. No.

That's my permanent sobriety date,

as long as I stay close to God and do the things directed in this book.

Yeah, I was thinking about the last, the last few I went to with my father's, and I was still in the madness of active alcoholism. And I made a real fall of myself. I disrespected my father. You know, I made people feel uncomfortable. I down bottles of whiskey. And I know it wasn't me. It was, I wasn't choosing to do that.
