Hi everyone.

My name is Amy D'E, I'm an alcoholic.

And it's really good to be on here. It's always an honor whenever my sponsor

volunteers me to do something that keeps me sober. So just introduce myself. I have a home group. It's Mount Zion in

Atlanta, Georgia. We meet Monday nights at 8 p.m. I have a sponsor. I have a wonderful sponsor family

something that I'm so grateful for I get to look up to a lot of women and I do sponsor

women and I actively work the steps and for me I was asked which step I wanted to speak on and for me it was really step nine and here up in Atlanta we read those

promises every single meeting and for me those promises it's really it's once you sit down and you make face to face

immense it is just it's the best insurance on your sobriety.

For me, it was the most difficult step.

There were some really, really difficult amends to make.

But I had really good guidance by my sponsor and I followed the process.

Now have I always followed the process to just no.

I have made those quick amends.
