0:30.0	I remember the Prince Edward Group out in Etobico and I'm here to talk a little bit about keeping it fresh and hopefully there'll be some ideas and experience that were part of my sobriety

0:48.8	And I was really grateful for Katie's talk on Friday night because she touched on
0:54.6	something that's in my notes here which I can't read my own handwriting so it's just
0:58.8	my security blanket that I have here in case I get stuck but if you know me I'm not usually at a loss for words or
1:06.8	opinions so but she touched on the chronological factor of AA and I got sober in my late 20s, early 30s,
1:15.8	and it was very different than for what I needed to keep recovery fresh.
1:21.8	And my experience was that a lot changed when I stopped drinking.
1:27.1	Like just not drinking changed a whole bunch.
1:31.3	I crawled through the doors of AA and I embraced and fell in love with Alcoholics
1:36.1	Anonymous and I was relieved that I had a disease and I took as many or all of the suggestions and more to maximize the chances of my recovery and staying sober.
1:52.0	And so what I did was I recovery and staying sober.
