Mark is one of those rare clinicians who really understands what the real problem is.

You know what the real problem is for people who are addicted or who are alcoholic?

The real problem is a separation from God and from their fellow man.

That's really what addiction is more than anything else.

And Mark is one of those rare clinicians that understands that for there to be true

healing there needs to be that connection to God and there needs to be a re-evaluation

of relationship skills that will allow us to go back out and be citizens and be

family members and understand how we should comport ourselves on this particular planet.

And it's really unfortunate, but those type of clinicians are rare.

Monty and I go way back. We've done a whole lot of things together.

We try to go to a lot of the

addiction symposiums, and we've, you know, we've probably been in four or five states together
