We're joined today by Buddy West, a nationally recognized speaker who was taught classes in 47 states on real estate subjects, including Bire Universities, Listing Universities, and the Senior the senior real estate specialist SRES,

a designation for realtors that he co-developed.

He also co-authored targeting the over 55 client, and his focus now is on helping the military client.

Buddy was chosen as a Howard Britain Star Power star back in 1997,

and became the vice president of Star Power in 2002, developing its Speakers Bureau.

Buddy is now president of Emery Hill Residential Real Estate and still sells real estate today.

Buddy is the CEO and founder of Milres LLC offering the military residential specialist designation. Now let's welcome Buddy

And we originally, Julie and I originally meant Buddy West back in the 90s

in our hard Britain days.

And so I've known Buddy, I mean, virtually all my adult life,

which I don't know if that's something to brag about or not.

So, Buddy, welcome to today's radio show,

and I really appreciate

you being my co-host. Thank you for having me, and it's a pleasure to still reconnect

with you guys since you were little children. Yeah, exactly. Now that we're in our 40s,

right? So this military residential specialist designation, I think, honestly, is perfectly timed, and I'm really excited about letting all of our listeners know about it.
