The top podcast of 2023 on this edition of Truth and Love.

This week on the podcast, I'm delighted to give you our top podcast that was listened to during the

year of 2023. Now, this is a little bit different and quite strange, and we're not even sure

exactly how this happened, but the top podcast that was listened to in

2003 actually came from 2019. And this was the podcast episode 213 called Facing Death, a tribute to

David Pallison. What a great and dear brother. And I talk a little bit about Dr. Pallison

and his ministry broadly, how it impacted so many and me

personally, and then we hear a little bit of a message. I think it would be worth it for us to hear

that again, to honor him, and to rejoice that this is the most listened to podcast of

2023. Let's listen in now as we remember our dear brother David Palison. This week on the podcast, we thought it

appropriate to honor Dr. David Palison. We're all so grateful for the ministry and life of

Dr. Palison. In fact, this past week, I had the opportunity to join in fellowship with his

memorial service.

And I know it's difficult to think about the passing of a loved one, but I have to be honest with you, that time together with people who are honoring the life of Dr. Paulison to be

with Nan and his family was edifying.

It was an experience like not many other here on earth to be able to honor the

faithful life of a brother in the Lord Jesus. It was a time of weeping. It was a time of rejoicing

in the work of the Lord Jesus through the life of Dr. Palison. And I want to encourage you over

the next several weeks to remember to pray for David's wife, Nan,

pray for his family. He leaves a gaping hole as a loved one and as a father and a husband.
