Donald Trump's lawyers, including Alina Haba, are sanctioned $50,000 by a federal judge in Florida

for filing a frivolous lawsuit that was dismissed by the court.

This is the first of many sanctions motions that have been filed. And the judge is set to

hear the rest of the sanction motions that are filed by other individuals who were sued,

including Hillary Clinton, who are seeking more than $1 million in sanctions. Donald Trump has filed his opposition in the 11th Circuit

Court of Appeals to the appeal filed by the Department of Justice in the case where Trump stole

thousands of government records, including the nation's most top secret records, and hid them at Mar-a-Lago,

and then got a judge, he appointed Judge Eileen Cannon to interfere with that said criminal

investigation. The 83-page brief filed by Trump is 83 pages of complete nonsense and rehashed arguments that the Court of Appeals

already rejected when the Department of Justice succeeded in their motion for stay.

The Trump Organization, of course, is a criminal defendant in the case brought by the

Manhattan DA's office, and that trial resumed after a key witness, the controller of the Trump

organization had COVID last week and was like coughing on everyone. But he came back and in

Blockbuster testimony this week, his name is Jeffrey

McCona, he testified that Donald Trump was aware of the fraudulent tax avoidance scheme

that is at issue, and also that there could be obstruction of justice that someone deleted

notes from Trump's accounting ledger that was submitted to the

grand jury. He thinks that someone is Donald Trump. And Donald Trump filed a lawsuit in the Southern

District of Florida to block his testimony before the January 6th committee, which was set for November 14th.
