As many of you know, it's kind of draft bunker time of year for me.

I've gotten through about the top 20 or so hitters and the top handful of pitchers thus far. And so before getting to all the

great mailbag questions that I got for this week, I wanted to kind of give you guys like a

little preview of sort of where I'm envisioning the top players from this class slotting in

the top 400 prospect rankings.

You know, the weird thing about this draft, and I've got a bunch of really good

podcasts coming up covering the draft, some expert analysts coming on the next couple of weeks,

and then we'll do a first-year-player draft mock right after the draft. But the run scoring

environment in college baseball is just so crazy right now. There's potentially juiced balls,

potentially juiced bats. There's just a lot going on. And so a lot of these guys at the top

of the draft have crazy numbers that just you can't really compare to past years statistically, especially two, three, four years ago.

So I'm going to kind of play it a little conservatively in terms of where I'm slotting the very top

guys from this class. I expect Jackson Holiday and Junior Caminero to still be prospect

eligible, James Wood, Jason Dominguez, Kobe Mayo. I think that's a very clear top five to me.

Wyatt Langford and Paul Skeens, of course, have graduated.

Love what Kobe Mayo's done since getting healthy. It's kind of a bummer about Camerro and Dominguez being sideline, but that's a really, really strong top five to me.

Walker Jenkins, I know that the numbers aren't that loud right now, but I expect him to really
