On today's show, we're going to look forward to Super Bowl 60. It is the Seattle Seahawks

against the hated New England Patriots Sunday for the NFL championship.

I think there are lessons the Jets can learn from these two teams, particularly the way they filled their quarterback position.

We'll talk about the options the Jets have at the quarterback position and why there is no obvious choice, but they're going to have to find someone.

So I'll give the Jets a strategy for how they should approach this offseason

a quarterback.

But we will begin by talking about the coaching staff because there was big news earlier

in the week.

The Jets announced the hiring of veteran coach Frank Reich as their new offensive coordinator.

And the Jets still have a number of key positions to fill in around Reich, the passing game coordinator job that was vacant, that's vacant now because of Scott Turner's dismissal is still open. The quarterback's coach position is open. Jets still have a few key spots to fill on the offensive side of the ball. Now, on the defensive side of the ball, the Jets did fill in one of their key position coaches a little bit earlier in the week.

They hired Carl Dunbar.

And if you're a longtime Jets fan, you may recognize the name.

Dunbar was actually the Jets defensive line coach from 2012 to 2014 under Rex Ryan.

And it's very rare when I can say this about the Jets.

So I'm just going to savor the moment for a minute. Bringing back Carl Dunbar is an excellent move. Full stop. Normally when the Jets make a move, I have to like try and talk myself into it. It's like, well, if this goes right, maybe this move will pan out or this is the boom scenario for this movie. Usually I have to

talk around a move the Jets make. It's very rare I can just come out and say, the Jets made a great move.
