The first big mistake is not enough focus.

Trying to do too many things that once just doesn't work.

If you look at most people who have built big corporations or have done well along the

the Forbes list is typically through one thing.

You'll see some people like Elon Musk, but they're really rare.

That doesn't truly exist.

You look at LVMH, LVMH isn't a clothing company.

LVMH is a private equity company

that's been gobbling up and buying companies from day one, right?

And most people get that wrong.

So focus is really important.
