0:38.9	Now, this past year, we've had over 2 million unique downloads of this emotionally
0:44.0	healthy leader podcast. I mean, that's amazing in the last 12 months alone. Now, when they say
0:48.8	2 million downloads, they're referring only to the ones that have been listened to just once.
0:53.4	And if a person listens to it three times, it doesn't get that have been listened to just once. And if a person
0:54.2	listens to it three times, it doesn't get counted three times because counted just
0:57.8	once. So you can imagine out of that, we decided to pick the five top ones for the whole
1:05.7	2020, the top five podcasts and then top moments in those podcasts, the ones that resonated the most with
1:13.3	listeners from around the world. And so the five top podcasts were, rest, God is at work. The second
1:21.6	was letting go of outcomes without giving up hope. The third was leading through loss during the
1:27.4	coronavirus pandemic. The fourth was leading through loss during the coronavirus pandemic. The
1:29.1	fourth was the explosive power of willisening. And the fifth was detachment, how God births new
1:34.9	things in and through us. So what we're going to do is we're going to share a few minutes,
