Now if you don't know Tom Sharpling, I think of him as one of the premier great hosts.

He has a show called Best Show, which was on WFMU, which was a staple of comedy radio

for such a long time.

It's now an amazing podcast.

He also has double threat with Julie Klausner, wherever you listen to your podcasts, but

like other guests that we've had on the show already.

They have experience as writers and directors and producers.

And Tom also has been behind some amazing music videos.

He's such an interesting guy.

And this book, the book is called It Never Ends.

And what I love about this book is it's about the journey.

I think a lot of times people feel like, oh, I want to do this.

I want to do that.

And they're always so focused on the end result.

And what's kind of beautiful about this book is Tom took a very unconventional path

to being who he is.

Right now he has directed music videos.

He has been an on-air personality.

He has written and actually executive produced a giant television show, which is Monk.

He has so many different experiences as a creator, but how he got there is probably unlike anybody
