I'm Amy Nicholson.

I'm Paul Sheer and this is the final chapter in our space series.

Amy, this has been quite a ride.

I mean, we have really run the gamut in this series.

So many great films.

Is there a favorite that you've had so far?

You know the one that I keep thinking about is contact.

I feel like every film we do, I start putting it in the lens of contact.

The contact just set a bar for me in what space films are about on a visceral level,

which is exploration and curiosity and the unknown and coming face to face with something bigger than we can comprehend here on Earth

with these microphones in our faces and these earbuds in our ears.

Think about, I don't know, cats and how hungry we are.

That space represents something gigantic.

And in all of the films we've watched, I think contact gets that the best.

You know, look, I hear what you're saying, but to me, space is all about bringing some cool ass space guns up and blowing the shit out of some aliens.
