When I was 34, I tested my biological age, right? So I had a chronological age of 34.

My biological age when I tested via telomeres was 37.

And then I tested again when I was 35 and my biological age had dropped to 36.

My last test, and again, this was implementing a lot of this stuff I'm going to show you, at 36 years old, I had a biological age of 20.
