Hey everybody, welcome to the single tracks podcast.

My name is Jeff, and today I'm here with Greg and Aaron to talk about the top 10 mountain bike

destinations in the USA.

So for people who live here in the United States or even people from abroad who are thinking

about traveling to the United States, even people from abroad who are thinking about

traveling to the United States, there is a ton of excellent single track all around the

country. And there are a few areas, though, where some of the best single track is concentrated.

And so we spent a while coming up with a list of our favorite destinations. We've surveyed our listeners

and our readers many times. We've talked with our editorial team as well, and we've come up with

what we think is a really excellent list of the best mountain bike destinations in the USA.

So we're going to talk about them today.

The first one on our list is Bend, Oregon.

What can you tell us about Bend?

What makes it so special?

Man, Bend is a really, just a really great place.

So it's a town of about 100,000 people, but it is just surrounded by single track, a lot of which you can ride straight from town.

But really, your limit is how much energy you have in your legs because it just goes for hundreds of miles in all directions, mainly to the east, but there

is some, wait, mainly to the west.
