My name is Jeff, and today I'm here with Aaron and Greg to talk about mountain bike dropper posts.

0:29.9

So you may have heard about dropper posts if you don't already have one.

0:34.2

So we want to talk about what they are and the advantages and disadvantages. So I thought

down below your seat to actually raise the seat up or lower it down.

1:53.0

So what are the advantages?

1:54.9

Why are people running these dropper posts on their mountain bikes today?

1:58.9

So the main advantage is that you can easily drop your posts on the fly without having to
