Some common methods include: Networking and building relationships with potential clients through social events, community involvement, and referrals. Prospecting for leads through cold calling, door knocking, and other direct marketing techniques. Buying leads from websites like Zillow or Realtor.com, or from lead generation companies. Building a strong personal brand through social media, blogging, and other forms of content marketing. Partnering with other professionals or businesses to cross-promote each other's services.
