Team Zen. So we've been on the mics. You're right. We did staying connected, podcast 537 on March 15th,

and then grounding forces during uncertain times, podcast number 538. So we have been busier than

I just gave us credit for. So yeah, and now here we are, Friday afternoon. And, you know,

we're just here to connect with you all.

of practicing them myself in the midst of so much uncertainty.
