Well, friends, I hope you're ready to get your mind aligned with the truth of God's word.

Today we're going to be looking at John Chapter 18,

verses 15 through 18. at John Chapter 18, 18, and this passage helps us to think through our fear,

the fear that we feel when we think about telling other people about Jesus. This is a real life scenario

that happened that we're all familiar with but I want us to dig into it to see

what encouragement we can discover today. Let's look at it. John 18, 15 through 18.

Simon Peter followed Jesus. Now pause for a moment. Let's make sure we remember where we're at.

Jesus has just been arrested after he was betrayed by Judas Iscariot,

and he's being taken into the high priests in order to be questioned and put on trial.

And so Simon Peter followed Jesus and so did another disciple.

Now some people think that disciple was John and John writing the book was being

humble not wanting to bring up his own name

But I don't think it was John and I'll tell you why here in just a moment it says since that disciple was known to the high priest

He entered with Jesus into the courtyard of the high priest, but Peter stood outside
