type of content. Correct. Because what are we doing, Grant? Literally laying in bed

right now. We just got baby down for the evening, so we're laying in our master room. We have both

bulldogs in bed with us, but they are cuddled up, curled up. They've had a long day,

so we're going to hope that they are on their best behavior. But if not, we'll just have to pause it,

So the reason why we're doing this podcast topic, what we're going to be talking about is my

postpartum fitness journey and whether or not it became obsessive.

And the reason why I wanted to talk about this is a couple reasons.

Number one, last week was my big nine-month

postpartum fitness photo shoot with PowerFit. And it is probably the photo shoot to date that I have

put the most pressure on my shoulders or the most like work and and preparing for if that makes sense it was actually

supposed to be the week before and the photographer had something come up so he had to push me back

another week and i was like oh my gosh another week of prep because really i don't diet that much

which we'll dive into more on the whole obsessive thing. But that went on last week.

And obviously I brought all of you along on my Instagram and Instagram stories.
