I remember my executive life and oh my, back to back meetings all the time, back to back to back to back meetings all the time back to back to back to back is crazy and

that was 25 years ago and there are people who come to us now and act as if this is a new

phenomenon and it's right because yeah and act as if this is a new phenomenon.

That's right.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah, it never happened before except in the last five years.

Yeah, this has happened forever.

And until I learned how to deal with it, was a challenge and there are there are some things folks you can do some things to to help alleviate this problem

Yeah, and look we respect I mean when people say I don't know what to do so we've got some solutions

We respect that it's painful. It makes you your ability to achieve your own objectives much harder, okay?

And yet at the same time, there are a lot of things you can do.

Now, the problem is, the quickest problem we get

to the issue of, well, here's some things to do is well no it's our

culture it's just like email well they blame it on the culture and and I think

most people fail to realize that yeah yeah, it is the culture.

And we respect that it's the culture in your place.

And everyone hates it.

And nobody has to tolerate a culture they don't want.

And your culture is more flexible than you realize.
