Today’s word of the day is ‘Freudian slip’ as in you say something you don’t mean to say but it’s something you were thinking as in Tony La Russa cannot help himself. The Chicago White Sox are a fun team and La Russa hates it. Yermin Mercedes is a rookie and mashed a home run off a position pitcher up 11 runs on a 3-0 count. FUN! Not to La Russa! Is there a chance he could lose the clubhouse? (17:03) Shohei Ohtani is a star and the Los Angeles Angels are in big trouble. Mike Trout is out 6-8 weeks. They’re already 7 games back on the Athletics. Another season with no postseason incoming. (24:28) Spencer Turnbull is the fifth pitcher to throw a no-hitter this season.
