day chosen. You know, I've had so many problems with athletes over the years with contradictory

statements. We say one thing the player says another we end up having to call the agent

talk to the agent about why the player is saying what he said publicly, the agent calls

us. Why you say what you said publicly? It happens mostly with injuries. And I'm not

talking about hip evaluations. I'm talking about injuries where we're explaining yes,

the player needs some rest or we're going to hold out the player or we didn't pinch hit

that player in that situation because we thought the best matchup was someone else. And

then the players asked by the media after the game, the person I was writing happens with

pitchers. I didn't want to come out of the game. You'll have to ask the manager. I wanted

to be in the game. I told him I wanted to stay in the game. Contradiction comes when you

I've spoken to every single one of them. There's not one manager. Ever told me that he's

ever gone to the mound to ask the pitcher, Hey, how you feeling? Can you give me one more?

Not one time. Does a pitcher say, No, I'm good. No more. No, my I can't do it. That means

the manager has to decide. Do you know managers already know what they're going to do with

their pitching change when they walk out to the mound? Even when they don't make a hand
