If you missed Howard Gutman on the show yesterday, I would urge you to go back and listen to it.

He predicted a lot of the things that would happen later on in the day with respect to the

Washington football team situation and some of the things that

Goodell said the other day. Howard's great. Howard was the former ambassador to Belgium,

longtime attorney with Williams Connolly. That was on yesterday's show. Tommy is with me today.

We will definitely talk, even though I am actually starting to get exhausted in talking about the Washington football team stuff.

Not that there's a lot of football stuff to talk about that's overly encouraging either.

But what I'd really love is a press release or some sort of an announcement or a report that comes from like Ian Rappaport or Adam Schaefter that just says

Dan Snyder has told NFL owners he plans to sell the team when the season ends.

That's what I want to see and read.

Other than that, this stuff is really getting exhausting.

Do you agree or not?

It's exhausting except I think, and it could be false hope, it probably is.

I think there's a sense of some small level of momentum that people don't want to give up on.

So while it may be exhausting,

I think people think that, you know,

maybe if they keep moving forward with all the,

all this stuff,

that it will have a positive outcome at the end.
