When I we had dinner I don't know two years ago in Montreal,

Jimmy Carr of course was. And you have fresh tattoos that are fairly religious.

And I was, and then I said, where, what were you doing with a two week break and you said we were it was like you going on vacation you were going to volunteer in like Somalia.

Yeah, yeah.

And I said and it was funny and uncomfortable.

I was like, what is wrong with us Irish people that we can't just do these religious things in normal doses?

They have to be, no I'm fucking going to Somalia.

Hey, I love extremities.

You know, from pole to pole is a much more exciting swing than maintaining some sort of consistency in the around the middle.

So do you know what I mean?

Yeah of course but so are you do you find yourself just making huge swings.

So years and years ago, I felt that my stand-up was getting too angry.

There isn't a person in Ireland who's more than her first cousin away from genuine psychiatric illness.

And I love destructive comedy.

It has a place and I'm all for throwing bricks through windows.

But I felt I was getting a bit trapped in this and I can't get out of it and

I need to stop shouting on stage. So how do I do that? So I decided that I would do the world's

longest stand-up comedy show. I did a single stand-up show that lasted 36 hours and 15 minutes.
