| 0:18.8 | So this is an episode today about letting go of approval, about embracing |
| 0:24.0 | authenticity and building a life that, it just actually feels like it's your life. Quite often we |
| 0:30.8 | make decisions in life for other people. Or we make decisions based on what we think we should be doing |

| 0:45.1 | And the truth is, I think a lot of decision making can come from wanting people to like us. |

| 0:51.9 | Not everybody is going to like you. |
| 0:53.6 | Even if you are the most pure, beautiful person in the world not everybody's going to like you so i guess |
