Tommy Rosen is a certified vignasa flow and Kundalini yoga teacher

He's one of the pioneers in the field of yoga and recovery,

assisting others to holistically transcend addictions of all kinds. He's currently

28 years in recovery. It was a fantastic conversation that we had. He really gave some insights on the idea of Eoweska in recovery that surprised me and were interesting, some of the best in perspectives I've heard on that subject. Talk loosely on codependency and excellent
